Richard is a licensed Real Estate Broker and has been an active investor for over 30 years. He began his real estate career in 1982 after syndicating the purchase and development of land in Laguna Beach, CA. In 1991, Richard founded Schindler Real Estate Services Inc., where he has acted as managing partner in over $300M of residential, retail, and industrial properties. He is currently an active member of the Society of Exchange Counselors and the Realty Investment Association of California.
